Richard Small has over 20 years of specialist experience as a lawyer in his field. He holds New Zealand Law Society Immigration Committee positions and is often quoted in national media as an immigration expert. A past Chair and member of the New Zealand Society Immigration and Refugee Law committees, Richard was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New Zealand Association of Migration Investment (NZAMI) in 2015, the peak body for immigration advisers in New Zealand.

Diana joined our team in 2014. As a senior experienced lawyer, Diana has over eight years immigration legal experience and has previously assisted clients from a wide range of countries, including Brazil, France, United States, Canada, Indonesia, China and Africa. She has considerable experience with assisting employers and skilled migrant applicants. She has cultivated familiarity with immigration processes and is passionate about providing excellent standard of client care and assistance. She is an avid rugby supporter and is fluent in the Samoan language. Diana is a member of the New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment and the Auckland Newmarket Business Association.
Anaise is co-owner and founder of the firm with Richard. She has a high profile in the Tongan community and is fluent in Tongan. She co-ordinates our interviews for Pacific clients in Auckland and Tonga. She manages the relationship with our Pacific clients and assists with the administration of the firm.
